The room was large and accessible, with a spacious wet room that included an emergency cord. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially during warm days, and the big screen TV was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was generally very good and made mornings easier.

Breakfast with honey or syrup and instant porridge and a croissant. Lovely building, marvellous and perfect location very close to Royal Docks' cafes as well as a tube.

I booked warm and cosy room, that was offered with very comfortable beds, 1 pillow on the bed for 2 kids and the bathroom.

The location was quite convenient for our London trip, making it easy to explore areas like the O2 and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the hot options available. we did experience some issues with the room's cleanliness, including mould in the shower. Despite this, the front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful during our stay.

The location was nice and quiet, just a 5-minute walk to the train, made visiting excel super easy. The breakfast was great, and i particularly appreciated how quickly the staff made sure everyone found a seat. The bathroom in our family room was also great, clean and spacious!

This place is good, and has 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with local info on my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The hotel was clean and ideal, had free wi-fi. The staff were all excellent and extremely friendly, which was unquestionably a plus. We got the a twin room and it was fantastic. The location in a very quite area was particularly good and fab.
